Unless otherwise stated in the product details all our machines come with a full 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a unit within the first year then you will be requried to return the units to us for warranty repair. This will be at our expense but it will be your responsibility to ensure the item is packed sufficiently securely. Damage in transit on returned items is your responsibility - we are unable to insure the goods on the courier. Once here we will either repair or replace the unit and return it to you by courier free of charge.

Outside the warranty period we keep a full range of spares available for most machines and will be pleased to quote you for repair of any item. We DO NOT have minimum handling fees etc., to look at items - we will give you a written quote for repair before you incur ANY expense.
