Wish We'd Bought This Long Ago!!!
Brilliant! We have had a problem in an end bedroom which was always cold and everything felt damp in there to the extent that clothes stored in the wardrobe were also getting mouldy as well as the wall behind. Since installing this fantastic dehumidifer the problem has ceased and the room feels warm and dry. The amount of water collected was staggering!! I can also highly recommend the wonderful service from Dry It Out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and shipping arrangements perfect with up to date information on progress of order at every stage. We are very impressed and would deal with again.

Dry it out in the extreme wet weather at minimum cost possible.
The heater was delivered well within the time said and the corona turbo heater delivers plenty of heat and at a time when electric bills are increasing year on year it's a cost saver

Happy with service and product
Delivery company asked to deliver a day earlier than requested. Nobody would have been here so quickly corrected them by text.
De-humidifier well worth the premium price compared to other makes. Now been working for a month and has the dampness under control. Easy to set up. Quiet. and efficient.

Nothing negative I could possibly say!
I called asking for advice, was given an open & honest reccomendation with full spec for a very reasonable price. No hard sell. Delivery was next day in time slot advised. My unit has been working full time for a week with no issues. It quiet & v effective. Very happy -wish I'd ordered one years ago it really works.

Was unsure which unit to buy, called was given solid advice and made my purchase
I bought the ELA unit which has a digital control, I'm amazed at how much water it collects, i've not seen the impact on my electricity bill yet, but don't envisage massive changes as it's only 200 watts. It has sorted out the wet walls in my sons room, now thinking of buying another unit.

My house is much dryer now.

Product very slimline.
Due to its slimeline shape this dehumidifer fits our house wonderfully and is very quiet when running, the only down point is there is not enough instructions on where and for how long to run it for so I have placed it at the top of the staris to hopefully draw moisture from all the bedrooms. Also the delivery was delayed by a day but we do live up North.

Outstanding Service, Delivery of an Amazing Product
Rang first for advise, very knowledgeable. We live an an old 1930's house, no cavity wall, solid brick. We have always suffered from severe condensation on the windows through the night during winter. Never knew how to control till now...
Bought this little Mitsubishi unit with display, upon taking out of the box the display read 80% humidity. Took nearly 3 days but now maintains 55-60 % and we have no more condensation. It is extremely quiet, easy enough to empty, fills in 2-3 days. Initially this was more frequent, 1-1/2 days tops. Also using to dry washing which is nothing short of amazing, easily dries a clothes horse full overnight, we put both in our box room, shut the door, even dries jeans and towels. Only problem here is we need another to maintain the rest of the house while doing so.
Only regret is not getting one sooner.

quick delivery, nice product
I ordered at noon on Thursday & the dehumidifier arrived on Friday lunch time. The unit is nice and compact and as expected.
The only complaint I have was the smell it gave off during the first 24hrs of use. It was running in my garage and in the morning there was a strong strange oil/ plastic type smell. This has since cleared and the unit runs perfectly.

Delivered on the day I requested
I asked for a specfic date for delivery, and it happened.
Not only that, but the courier they use (Interlink) sent a text message with the approx time that they would be there (an hour window) and that was spot on too.
The usual trouble with home deliveries is having to twiddle your thumbs all day, and having to be in ear shot of the doorbell. This home delivery service is convenient for the customer - not just the courier and shipper.
And to top all of that - this was the best price.

Great site, useful reviews, great service and product
Found the website easy to navigate, and found the detailed product spec and customer comments very useful as I wasn't quite sure what I needed. The dehumidifier arrived the next day (for free) and is doing a grand job - it managed to eliminate the damp smell in our lounge almost over night.

Good service but courier let them down with lack of communication
Good service but when damaged bottle arrived courier initially great and so was comm with company but then went pair shaped - courier saying one thing and dry it out another,
All sorted now though and dry it out kept me in loop whole time which is excellent.

Customer service. This is how it's done.
As my dehumidifier didn't arrive at the planned time I emailed the company at 8pm.
Got a response at 9pm saying Don't know the answer but will get back to you first thing tomorrow. At 9am I got a call from Roger, a Director at Dry-it-out updating me on delivery. Now that's what I call really good customer relations!
Anyhow, I am delighted with the product which does exactly what it says on the can.
And... best price on the web.

Great machine!!
After moving in to 200 year old cottage the condensation/damp problem needed lookng at. after speaking to someone living in a similar building, i was advised to try a dehumidifyer. Looking around at all the ones on offer this on boasted a large waste tank and pulling power. After looking through 17 reviews of people all raving about it, i decided to buy it. It was delivered to me within 24 hours and took no time to use, the insrtructions clear. i am now pulling 6litres every 18 hours. The damp walls are now all one colour and the condensation on the windows in the morning gone. It not too noisey, sounds like the low setting on an extractor fan, my kettle is noisier. Would recommend it to anyone, really pleased with it.

Great company, great product.
Our new house was wet..... after researching, we decided on a dehumidifier from Dry It Out. We are very pleased to recommend the same to anyone within earshot!! They kept us informed and delivered when they said they would. The dehumidifier itself is smart, light enough to be entirely portable and quiet. We have had it exactly one week and it has collected 15 litres of water. Our house is definitely drier and actually feeling warmer too. Amazing!! Hello. When i needed a dehumidifier I was not sure which one to buy , when I phoned the guy he knew exactly what he was talking about and advised me what size I would need for my house .
