Dry-it-Out Limited is not solely a website,a dot-com, but a family business established in 2000 with an international reputation for supplying quality products backed by expert personal service and one-to-one advice.

This website provides a shop window for our products and services. Orders can be placed either on-line or, if you prefer, by telephone, fax or e-mail. Our level of advice and after sales back-up on all our products will be a refreshing experience. This is why so many of our customers come to us by recommendation. We at Dry-it-Out Limited are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the principles of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 subsequently incorporating the EU Cookie Regulations of May 2011. We conform with the EU General Data Protection Regulation from 25 May 2018.

We collect information about you in order to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfillment of your order.

  • Phone number (for delivery issues)
  • Other information necessary for processing your order (we will advise you)

We specifically do not keep any record of credit or debit card numbers wither on this website or on our premises at any time.

  • As standard we provide NEXT WORKING DAY (9am to 4pm) delivery by courier on all stock items delivered to the UK mainland. At the time of order you can opt for special delivery options including pre 10am, Saturday by Noon, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. For other destinations and/or delivery options please contact us and we will be pleased to provide a quotation.

This data will be held in accordance with our internal security policy. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement. You have a right to ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you and we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies for no charge as soon as you make the request.

Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
